P Shot® Treatment
At Essential Men’s Clinic, we believe it is paramount that men feel comfortable, informed and confident throughout the whole P-Shot® process, so we have put together some further information about this treatment below.
What's the process and procedure at Essential Men’s Clinic?
We begin with an initial consultation to talk through any questions, concerns and the ideal outcome for each patient.
This consultation is 30 minutes long.
We will then book you in for the procedure. This usually takes around 60 minutes and can be done at any time of day.
We begin by numbing your penis using topical anaesthetic.
Then, 20ml of blood is drawn from the anterior elbow and placed into a specialised test tube before being centrifuged to draw the plasma containing the concentrated blood platelets out.
We then inject these concentrated blood platelets into the penis. These platelets contain vital cells that help to repair and grow the tissue in the penis and to create a stronger, harder and fuller penis.
You are safe to have sex as soon as the numbing cream has worn off, usually within a few hours.
Does the procedure hurt?
No - we use medical grade topical anaesthetic cream and ensure your penis is numb before we begin the treatment.
How much does it cost?
For the full consultation, examination and P Shot® procedure, including all materials and follow up consultation, the cost is $1950.
How successful is this treatment?
International data and our experience confirm that we generally see a 65% success in treatment outcomes, in men with the first P Shot®.
Treatments begin to work about 6 weeks after the treatment and can last up to 18-24 months.
If another P Shot® is required, we see the success rate go up to 85%. 2nd treatments onwards are $1500 each.

Penile Dermal Filler Treatment
Penile dermal fillers have become an increasingly popular cosmetic procedure for men looking to enhance the appearance of their genital region. This non-invasive treatment involves injecting fillers into the penis to increase girth and length, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The fillers we use are made from
Hyaluronic Acid. These fillers are safe and biocompatible, providing natural-looking results that can last for 12 months and more.
Penile dermal fillers are suitable for men who are looking to increase the size of their penis in a non-surgical way. However, it is important to note that this procedure is not suitable for everyone. Men who have a history of allergies or sensitivities to fillers, or who have certain medical conditions such as blood clotting disorders, may not be suitable candidates for this treatment.
The treatment itself involves injecting the filler into the penile tissue using a small needle. The procedure is relatively painless, with most patients experiencing only minimal discomfort. The injections are done in a precise manner to ensure even distribution of the filler and to avoid any potential complications.
As with any cosmetic procedure, there are potential adverse reactions that can occur with penile dermal fillers. These may include temporary swelling, bruising, or soreness at the injection site. In rare cases, more serious complications such as infection allergic reactions or blockages of blood vessels. It is important to discuss any potential risks before undergoing this procedure.
Expected results from penile dermal fillers include increased girth and length of the penis, as well as improved overall appearance. These results are typically noticeable immediately after the treatment and can last for several months, depending on the type of filler used.
Post-care treatment for penile dermal fillers typically involves avoiding strenuous activities and sexual intercourse for 2 weeks following the procedure. It is also important to keep the injection site clean and dry to prevent infection.
As a precautionary measure we will provide a script for oral antibiotics.
We will also provide you with specific instructions for post-care treatment based on your individual needs.
Overall, penile dermal fillers can be an effective way to enhance the appearance of the penis for men looking for a non-invasive cosmetic procedure.
Our protocol is to strategically place up to 15mls of dermal filler into the penis. The before and after photos demonstrates the increase in length and girth following the procedure.
Essential Men’s Clinic charges $650 per ml of dermal filler. So, for 10mls of dermal filler the cost is $6500 however for 15mls we charge $8500. Before and after 15mls of Dermal Filler. Treatment performed by Dr Morunga. Increase in both length and girth.
