Dr Charles Runels (inventor of the P-Shot® ) recommends using a penis pump if you would like to increase size. Most of our clients have chosen not to do this, but if size is your priority, it might be worth investing in a pump to use immediately after your treatment, and for the weeks after… You will need to purchase a penis pump for yourself if you don’t already have one (we do not stock them). You need to use it immediately after the treatment, and twice a day for 6 weeks.

Pump protocol: 10 minutes at a pressure of 10 mmHg immediately after the shot.
Then 10 to 15 minutes twice a day every day for at least 6 weeks. These two sessions can be back to back separated by a 5 minute rest. The shot works for erectile dysfunction without the pump. But for maximal growth, the pump is recommended.
You can return to usual sexual activity immediately after treatment, in fact it is encouraged.
